Rachel Beiswenger

Rachel Beiswenger started her dance training at the age of four at Chester Valley Dance Academy under the direction of Cathy Bartelmo-Moran. There she studied many forms of dance such as ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, modern and hip-hop. Rachel continued her dance training at Towson University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.F.A. in Dance Performance. While at Towson she had the opportunity to work with Juan Carlos Blanco, Carlos Danaan, Stephanie Powell, Vincent Thomas, Dion Wilson and Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell. Upon graduation Rachel pursued her love and passion of musical theatre. Over the past few years, Rachel has had the opportunity to work at several theatres including Granbury Operahouse, the Ritz Theatre Company, New Candlelight Theatre, Bristol Riverside Theatre and most recently the Gretna Theatre in Mt. Gretna, Pa. Rachel also teaches a variety of dance styles at several studios in the area and enjoys sharing her love of dance with children of all ages.
